Adelaide Strikers

The Adelaide Strikers are an Australian Twenty-20 cricket team based in the South Australia capital city of Adelaide. The Strikers have played in all eight editions of the Big Bash League (BBL) so far and have been one of the most successful teams, winning two titles.
In 2011-12, the Adelaide Strikers won their first title, defeating the Sydney Sixers by 37 runs at Manuka Oval. In 2015-16, they won their second title after defeating Hobart Hurricanes by 58 runs at home at Adelaide Oval.
The team is captained by Travis Head and coached by Jason Gillespie. The Chief Executive Officer is Ben Amarfio, who replaced Rini Coolen in September 2018.

Brisbane Heat

The Brisbane Heat has been one of the most successful teams in the Big Bash League. With eight titles under their belt, they are looking to start the season with another title. With a new captain and three new players on board, it’s anyone’s guess who will take home the trophy this year.
The Brisbane Heat will face Perth Scorchers in their opening match of the BBL. The Scorchers were knocked out at the semi-final stage last year, but with a new captain (Adam Voges) and five new signings this season, they are looking strong once again. For those wanting to bet on the game, you can find betting tips for both teams below!

Hobart Hurricanes

The Hobart Hurricanes are an Australian professional Twenty20 cricket team that competes in the Big Bash League (BBL). They will be appearing in their fifth BBL season in 2020/21. The Hurricanes play at Blundstone Arena, located in Bellerive, Tasmania.
The Hurricanes were founded on 17 September 2011 by former Tasmanian Premier David Bartlett and former Australian cricketer Damien Fleming. They were granted a license to compete in the Big Bash League on 18 April 2012, ahead of its inaugural season later that year. In their first two seasons, they finished third after the regular rounds but missed out on reaching the finals due to losing three consecutive semi-final matches by just one run each.

Melbourne Renegades

The Renegades are a team with a lot of potential and talent. Tom Cooper is one of the most prolific batsmen in the competition, Dwayne Bravo is a world-class all-rounder, and James Pattinson was their best bowler last season. But there have been reports this week that Pattinson will miss the entire season due to injury, which would be devastating for the Renegades. The Renegades are also going to be without Kane Richardson and Marcus Harris, which will make it tough for them to win against teams like Melbourne Stars and Sydney Thunder with their current lineup. All things considered, I think the Renegades should be a bottom-half side this year and I don’t think they’ll make finals.

Melbourne Stars

The Melbourne Stars have had a slow start to their BBL season, but with some strong performances in the last few games, they are looking a lot more competitive. They also have an impressive backup team in the form of Marcus Stoinis and Dwayne Bravo. In short, it looks like the Melbourne Stars will be making it to the finals for the first time in three years.
The Sydney Sixers are coming off a very successful season last year when they won both their home and away finals against the Adelaide Strikers and Perth Scorchers respectively. However, there are still question marks over whether or not they can maintain this momentum going into this season.

Perth Scorchers

The Perth Scorchers are one of the most successful teams in BBL history, having won three titles and finishing runners-up on two other occasions. They have also been finalists in six out of their eight completed seasons.
The Scorchers finished third on the points table last year, with a win-loss ratio of 2.6, but they were far from convincing, especially after missing out on finals action for the first time since their inaugural season in 2011/12.
Despite this lackluster 2018/19 campaign, few are doubting that they have what it takes to make a serious tilt at retaining their title next year.

Sydney Sixers

The Sydney Sixers are favorites to win the Big Bash League in 2019/2020, but they’ll have to watch their backs. They’re coming off a tough loss to the Melbourne Renegades and will have some other contenders breathing down their necks. The Adelaide Strikers and Brisbane Heat look like they’ve got what it takes to take out the title. The Perth Scorchers also have a chance of winning, but they’ll need things to go their way – especially if they want any hope of getting past the Sydney Sixers in the final.
The BBL is a game where anything can happen. With so many teams vying for the top spot, it’s hard to say who will come out on top this season. But whatever happens, it should be an exciting finish!

Sydney Thunder

The Sydney Thunder, coached by Paddy Upton, has been a consistent force in the Big Bash League since its inception in 2011. They finished second on the ladder after 8 games last season and are looking to make it to the final this year. The thunder certainly knows how to play the game well, but they’ll need some luck on their side if they want to take home that trophy. It’s hard to predict who will come out on top this year, but with a few BBL betting tips, you could be richer than ever by July!
#1) Melbourne Stars are coming into this tournament with one of the most successful coaches in Australian cricket history – John Hastings.
